Andréanne Marmen

BIO & STORY
Dr Andréanne Marmen was born and raised in French-speaking Canada and is fluent in both French and English. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at Sherbrooke University in 2014 Following her orthopaedic residency, Dr Marmen moved to Sydney Australia with her husband-to-be Vincent (also an orthopaedic surgeon) to undertake Fellowship with SSRI.
Dr Marmen commenced her fellowship in July of 2019. Unfortunately, some 3/4 of the way through her year of training, the COVID-19 pandemic reached the height of its crisis and Dr Marmen was recalled home to Canada to join the frontline in Montreal.
After COVID-19 Dr Marmen continued subsequent fellowship training including a fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery with Dr Monika Volesky and Dr Ruth E Chaytor in Montreal.
Dr Marmen has now settled in general orthopedic practice in Montreal and practices with a special interest in shoulder, foot and ankle surgery.
